Application for Enrollment

The following confidential information is provided for Troutman’s College of Manicuring as part of the enrollment process. This information will be used in case of emergency and to enroll the student with the NC State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners.

Click the form to open your Enrollment Application. When you have finished filling it out, press the “Submit Application via Email” button and send it to NailTeach@TroutmansManicuring.com. Then save it and print it. Call (919) 875-0555 and make an appointment with one of our Admissions people. Then mail or bring the form with the $50.00 registration fee to:
