Q: When I complete the course, how soon can I start work?

A: Just as soon as you submit your paperwork to the State Board with a $5 fee, you’ll receive a working permit allowing you to work while you’re waiting to take your final exam.

Q: Do I need a high school diploma or GED?

A: You do not need a high school diploma or equivalent to be licensed and practice as a manicurist in the State of North Carolina.

Q: What if I don’t get paid every week?

A: We will be happy to tailor a payment schedule to fit your needs.

Q: Are there any jobs available?

A: We maintain an active bulletin board of available positions.
